Sandy even did some staging for us because the house was empty. After listing, we left the area and conducted all future business long-distance. She kept us informed on market conditions and provided us with excellent advice on the offers we received. When we accepted an offer—a very good offer—the buyer’s inspector found some reasonable repairs that needed to be made. Sandy talked us through it and took care of everything, including having work done on the roof, having two window panes replaced and some other minor repairs. We were busy settling into our new home and it was a tremendous help to us, knowing Sandy was looking out for us back in San Antonio. She kept us informed every step of the way and kept our anxiety levels low—no easy task with my husband.
